Scotch Tip – Whisky School
Welcome to this weeks edition of Scotch Tips
Show Notes:
Ladybank Whisky School.
Three days of hands on earning at the distillery when it is closed to other visitors. A group of between 8-12 people in the class with 3-4 instructors. The first day focuses on mastering the two different types of malted barley and the fermentation process. Day two you learn the distilling process and help produce a new-make whisky. On day three you will focus on selection and preparation of casks. It should be a very enjoyable and educational three days.
The cost is 395 pounds for one and 695 pounds for two. It includes lunch, one dinner and a tasting.
Sounds great to me.
